Call History
To get started with viewing data around calls made from Flow, navigate to Reporting on the left hand menu and then click on Call History.
The call history tab shows a history of answered video and phone calls made through Flow. Files are available for download for both video/audio available once created. Calls can be filtered by date, time frame, and by client or staff name.
🛑 Important Note: Calls exceeding 60 minutes will not be recorded.
