To manually create a pet's appointment directly in Flow, go to the "Appointments" page which can be found from the left menu. Make sure to also expand the "Schedule" from the right menu. This will give you a full calendar view, where you can select the date in which the appointment will be for.
Next, select the "+Add New Appointment" button in green, located in the upper right corner of the Appointments page.
First, search for the client name which will bring you a full list of that client's pets to choose from.
Next, be sure to select an Appointment Type, Provider, and Room as these are what will attach the corresponding automations(reminders/follow ups) to that appointment.
Once everything is filled in, be sure to select "Create Appointment" to save the appointment to your schedule in Flow.
