Chrome Notifications
-
On a Chrome window, navigate to three little dots on right side.
-
Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Notifications
-
Add your Flow link under the Allow section.
Safari Notifications
-
Navigate to Safari > Preferences > Notifications
-
You’ll see a space with sites you may have granted permission to notify you in the past. If your Flow url is not listed here, make sure the checkbox for “Allow websites to ask for permission to send notifications” is checked
-
When on Flow, navigate to the “Browser and Sound Notifications” toggle. If it’s already enabled, toggle it off then back on again. Once back on, this should prompt a pop down at the top of the window asking for permission to allow notifications from this site. Once you’ve allowed for that site, you will now receive Safari browser notifications.
-
NOTE: If the user were to deny this popup request, they will not see it again should they disable then re-enable the toggle from there.
