To get started with Settings, navigate to Settings on the left menu. The settings page contains all configurations available to clinic users.
Each Flow user can navigate to My Settings to update their contact information, notification, and Flow personalization preferences. Clinic settings allow admins to make changes to the clinic display name and logo, hours, and the option to add team members or grouped users. Flow Settings contain customization options for admins for conversation statuses, website widget configuration, how appointments appear in the pet portal, setting up Service Reminders, and practice management software sync monitoring.
