The Otto Resource Center

Otto includes an in-app Resource Center that brings training, announcements, and help directly into Otto — no separate logins or browser tabs required.

What you'll find inside

Click the Resource Center icon in the bottom-right corner of Otto to open the panel. You'll find:

• Announcements — What's new, recent product updates, and feature announcements, with short demo videos where applicable.
• Resources — quick links to the most-used help-center pages, along with our Support contact information
• AI Scribe — information on how to utilize our AI Scribe feature
• Otto University — short, self-paced training modules covering Otto's core features. Modules track your completion automatically, so you can pick up where you left off across sessions.

Inviting your team to Otto University

Each clinic user has their own Otto University progress tracked by their login. If a new team member joins, they get full access to all modules the moment their Otto account is created.

Admins can review completion progress for the whole clinic from the Resource Center → Otto University → Team Progress section.

In-app announcements

Otto uses the Resource Center to surface in-app announcements when we ship something we want you to see — feature launches, scheduled maintenance, training opportunities. These show up as a small badge on the Resource Center icon; click in to dismiss or read more.
