Keep conversations that need your attention in one place by pinning them to the top of the conversations list. Pinned conversations are marked with a pin icon in the top right of the conversation card.
How do pinned conversations work?
- Pinned conversations will always stay pinned to the top of the conversations list, even if it's archived or would otherwise be filtered out.
- Pinned conversations are ordered by the time they were pinned, not by conversation activity or unread status. The first conversation you pinned will stay at the top of the pinned list and the last conversation pinned will be at the bottom of the pinned list.
- Conversations you pin will only appear pinned for you; they won't appear pinned for other team members.
How to pin a conversation
You can pin a conversation in two ways. The first is by hovering the conversation card and clicking the pin button in the top left.
You can also find the pin option in the 'more' menu when hovering the conversation card, as well.
How to unpin a conversation
Unpinning a conversation is just as easy. The same buttons to pin the conversation are what you'll use to unpin the conversation.
